There’s a rather important statistic missing here.

Nothing between them. One scored against:

Chelsea x2

Arsenal x2

Liverpool x2

Arsenal x2

Spurs x2

Man Utd x2

Forest x2

Aston Villa

The other scored against:

Bayern x1

Dortmund x1

Leverkusen x1

Leipzig x1

The next Isak? Is this like Oasis were the next Beatles. Or Susan Boyle was the next Kim  Kardashian? Oh aye, whatever you say.

I've seen some Liverpool fans that have started referring to him as baby Isak, as some sort of cope.

Does make you sick the way news media / internet has completely ruined and impacted transfers.

They've definitely found a way to get through the traditionally dull close season like. Top level football gets more like WWE every year

It’s a really weird contradiction. The harder transfers get and the less freedom clubs have to spend, the more chatter is happening about transfers. Guess a couple of clubs are exempt and that’s enough to keep it going.

Classic news just making things up and setting their own agenda in the absence of anything actually happening, we've loved it in politics and social commentary for years and now we have it in football too :smitten:

 guarantee if he goes the narrative will slowly shift to he was always offside and he missed a fucking boatload

Always injured mate, good on his day that's all.

Nothing would make me happier than to see Big Dan Burn pocket Ekitike and Isak to score his customary goal against Liverpool in the first home game.

That would shit on this baby Isak coping narrative. Pretty insulting to compare a player that doesn't even have a cap for his national side with one of the top 4 strikers in the world

Times have changed like.

A Liverpool prick coming in to gloat about buying Ekitike and claiming Isak is inevitable and there's me accepting we're likely to go into the season with an out of form Hojlund and a 38 year old Vardy.

His winner in a cup final means that even if he signed for Sunderland and led them to Champions League glory, he’d still be one of my favourites ex-players
