But at the same time, neither Isak nor Liverpool have given us much of a choice to make. Liverpool want him, but won't pay a fair price for him. Isak wants to leave but won't submit a transfer request. They clearly thought they could bully the club into a compromise and to our credit we've stood firm. Isak is now essentially on strike, but I doubt it'll make us budge. All he's done is burn what was left of the bridges he had here. I feel personally insulted as a fan the way he's disrespected the club I love, I can't begin to imagine how Burn, Bruno, Lascelles, Joelinton, Tripps and co feel about him, not to mention Eddie and JT.
