Maybe I'm reading this wrong mate but if it's all shite why do the players want him gone?

I think you are. They want him gone because he has acted like an absolute toxic prick, and has disrupted their preparations. all the other "club sources" shit is probably made up or magnified. Most of the stories are coming from the agent and Liverpool.

Because he went AWOL from the Far East tour while they were taking 17 hour flights and playing in sweltering heat?  Because he's been faking injuries? Because he's a whiny malcontent who thinks he's better than them?

Spoken to a lot of people over the last few days, some of which are extremely close to the goings on.

Main takeaways:

- Ignore the media and daily stories. It’s all agent / Liverpool talk. Very few things, if anything, are coming from Newcastle’s end.

- The stories about him wanting out / telling the club he wanted out before the season finished are bullshit. It was reiterated to me (I think I’ve mentioned this on here before) that Isak played a big part and was one of the main voices encouraging Elanga to join in late June. See his “heart” comments on Elanga’s Instagram at the time.

- The players want him gone. His behaviour has been far too disruptive, and he has burned a lot of bridges. He has lost a lot of respect within the squad, despite them opening the door to him a number of times, pre and post Korea.

If the players want him gone, then by default so would Eddie. Can’t have that level of disruption running through the squad. What a palaver.

It’s the power that comes with being one of the two most successful clubs in England. They have decades of glory supporting arsehole fans who are scattered around all the major media outlets. Social media is clogged up with their parasite plastic fans.

The soft power they have as a result of this is horrendous and we’re seeing it wielded multiple times a day against us. Beating the Isak narrative will take all KSA has to be honest, they should start fighting a bit more dirty in this.

he is a gullible fool, and his agent whispered poison about him deserving much better than Newcastle in his ear?

Because said corrupt gangster agent saw an opportunity for himself and used his price naive asset to attempt to realise it.

Just bumping up this tweet, by none other than David Ornstein, made on the very day Isak supposedly told the club (for the SECOND time), that he had wanted to leave.

It’s all lies, these latest ‘revelations’. The scoop of the end of the season, and he only tells us about it yesterday?

Is that an actual tweet from him or is he just the source of the story ?

If anyone could find the original tweet I'd be very grateful.

I think its six weeks for each offence. Going on strike for the season is one offence.

I'd like clarification  as Im sure it was mentioned a while back when someone else threatened similar to get a move.

According to Borson's article on player contracts (the main clauses are standard for all players) failing to show at a game as required/told to do so, is a single offence, every single time, punishable by a fine of two weeks wages.

He could end up owing us money 😂.

If that’s true he should never play for us again. It’s a shame we are so heavily reliant on him. All to play for, for a champions league place with 2 games to go and he’s going in agitating for a move. 2 games we lost btw. He’s an absolute cunt. It’s just a real shame he’ll go to Liverpool.

Ornstein said 2 weeks ago that Isak had informed the club of his decision to leave 12 months ago. The stupid mole faced fuck hasn't got a clue.

Yeah, I suspect that came from Newcastle. Isak and his agent is trying every trick in the book

Your right I've misread the post. He clearly needs a Private Pyle squad  beating!

While true, I’d like to think players can understand that a player can make a mistake and can be brought back in if the manager gives the green light. And the right time is taken etc.

I just flat out don't believe the story that he said he wanted out two weeks before the end of the season.

It seems to have magically appeared now right as things are starting to look bad for him, seems a very desperate attempt to justify acting like a complete cunt.

Yeah, Ornstein himself said he was staying once the UCL qualification was clear. Really hard to believe Isak's agent hadn't informed him back then that he actually wants to move away.

especially if the club don't receive an offer that they deem acceptable, or if they can't find his replacement.
