One commenter pointing out that Liverpool are committed to paying him £280,000/week, which equates to £14.56 million per year, for six years.

So, £87.36 million in wages on top of the £125 million or £130 million transfer fee.

For a player they didn't want according to that guy.

Righhhhhhhht.

I fear when liverpool inevitably sack Slot a new manager will likely play to his strengths and get the best out of him

Who gives a fuck, he’s been shite and his new club have been shite and it’s hilarious.

We’ll cross the new Liverpool manager getting the best out of him river when we come to it.

He's got his money now. Head has probably gone.

It was all about the money. The fact he was willing to skip pre season knowing that Sweden had two crucial World Cup qualifiers in September says everything about his priorities.

Now he's signed his lucrative 6 year deal which will end when he's 32. In other words there's very little motivation now for him to try and earn another contract as he'll be at the end of his career by then.

Got the bag, and doesn't give a fuck anymore

Cannot see them playing to his strengths they haven't got the personell. Salah will always be about himself gakpo doesn't seem the type either to look for isak first.

They got rid of the two players that could've supplied him diaz and Elliott.

Just had a look on a Liverpool forum.  It was beautiful.

"Another game where you wouldn't know he's there."

"reminds me of a dud firework"

"an almost criminal waste of 130 million."

"Should have left Isak at Newcastle and given Diaz a new contract instead."

"Should have bought GOATemade instead."

"Early days but he looks an absolute waste of money."

"I think Wirtz and Isak absolutely ARE the problem.

Overrated pieces of trash.

We've blown it big time with these two."

"What a massive waste of money.

Newcastle have screwed us over, just like with Andy Carroll.

Disaster of a signing."

[emoji38] waiting in vain for him to “go off” Aye he’s gone off alreet!

Diaz, Elliott, Tront all leaving is a pretty large part of their atrocious form this season tbf. An entire supply line cut out of the squad.

Only when they lose, though.  Wasn't so much an issue when they were sitting with 15 points after five games

mourn when they're losing

they only mourn when they're losing

His record speaks for itself. But I think we’re seeing that it was definitely fluffed by the fact we built the team to service him and him alone.

He’s not the focal point at Liverpool and they’re not going to upend the entire team to play to his strengths. At the minute it doesn’t look like he can cope with that.

If they still had TAA, I’m extremely confident he’d be putting up good numbers. Because TAA is a crossing merchant of quality, so would be looking and playing the balls that Murphy did.

That’s Liverpool’s biggest issue that their fans downplayed loads. Losing TAA who is literally a unique player and basically a KDB creator in defence means you have to completely change the way you attack after like 6+ years. And slot hasn’t found the answer and there’s a valid argument that without TAA, Salah is worse off for it too and then hinders their attacks more.

It’s a valid argument. If you look at our 3-3 with them last season, we were all over them, and then Trent came on and completely changed the game. Salah went from non-existent to unplayable.

He’s tried using Szoboszlai in the same role but it just makes them weaker. I’m guessing they had hopes Frimpong would fill that profile but he’s been injured. As we’ve found out fullbacks are integral to how some teams function.

So when they were spawning games with last minute winners it was because he was an inspiration to the team AND his death is also the reason why Sean Dyche is fucking them 3-0 at home too?

Two faced, hypocritical scumbag cunts man
