I maintain that despite his output and numbers we still have no idea how to properly involve him in the offense so the prospect of who he could be is quite frankly terrifying and irreplaceable. He is generational. You don't sell generational.

I mean I hear what you're saying but PSG sold Mbappe then went on and won the Champion's League.

Just keeping him fit and fresh would be a start. When he can press and come deep to be part of the build up he's 4x the player we saw at the end of the season when he was lurking around up top waiting for a ball over or through the defenders.

You don’t sell him ever.

You also don’t say “involve him in the offense” on a footy forum you’ve been apart of since David Rozenhal was a player for us.

cmon Michael! You’re better than this!

Some absolutely ridiculous goals in there. Including the Liverpool no offside goal.  Was his debut ffs.

100%. Missing Luton town Away the season before last and Liverpool home this past one. I’m sure a few more too. His disallowed goals are filth. Utter disgusting filth. Man United away and Arsenal in the cup are absolutley disrespectful hacks at goal like.

Bold statement but he’s my favorite player we’ve had since Shearer. And he’s quite close to passing him.

These conquered motherfuckers can't throw stones anymore. We get more of their games than they do.

We're not PSG yet, we can't turn generational into several world class pieces on presumably massive wages. We'd turn a generational talent into powder we keep dry trying to avoid point deductions while our targets increase the distance between us and them. We can only close that gap by winning, and this guy will win us things.

Just imagine the PSR headroom we'd have if we sold Isak, Bruno and Tonali. The fanbase and club could be totally galvanized by the speculative PSR calculations that would be flying about.

If offered  £200m for him.snap the bidders hands off

Don’t be silly, what do you think happens when the footballing worlds knows we have £200m in the bank.

Think past the current NUFC tax.

I don't think any amount of money is worth it, even with PSR in mind. I think a lot of people are undervaluing him (even at £200m), strikers like him don't really exist. If he stays fit, he will score 20+ goals in the PL, 35+ overall.

The way I see it, is where do we find those goals if we sell him? We need to sign a high end striker at very least, and even with money in the bank - who do we buy? Not fussed about Osimhen, Ekitike, etc. Undoubtedly there will be some unearthed gems out there, but why risk it when we have the gem already?

Anyways, I would say no regardless of cost unless he has downed tools and spat the dummy - then cash in.

Imagine how long we'd take to replace them all. The polar ice caps would be a distant memory by that point.

Plus you just know as soon as we banked a large number to help PSR if that's the argument..you just know they will suddenly scrap it or something and then we'd have already lost the player without any benefit.

Would not be surprised.
