I was watching before I switched over to the Wolves/Forest match, was an amazing comeback and Leao's assist to Abraham was slick. Great match, super cringe that it was played in Saudi though. I'd be livid if either Cup final was played anywhere but Wembley.

Isn't this like the 3rd year it's been played there, think it's the same for the Spanish one too

Also, are these not slightly more prestigious versions of the community shield?

No idea mate, I tuned in before the Wolves/Forest match and couldn't figure out where they were playing until it was announced post match. Are both leagues hurting for money? I've not paid much attention to other leagues finances.

Wanting him to have a shocker, but also wanting to play Spurs in the final.

They will be looking to kill the tie tonight.

I can't see a spurs win but you never know I suppose.

Just hope it’s fair and equal, mate.

Assuming we get through - I just can't comprehend lifting two curses in one game - Winning at Wembley and beating Liverpool. We have have a prayer tbh.

We have have a prayer?

Is that some sort of double strength prayer? 😄

I'm all in. It's our cup this year!

If Spurs don’t win tonight, then it’s over. I can’t see Spurs going to Anfield and either getting a win after a draw, or overturning a defeat.

Over for them sure. Not for us though.

Nah. To be honest, we have played Liverpool once already this season, and we could have won that game. When I watch them, they are not all that impressive even if their run of results have been.

I think on our day, we could beat either of them.

From a prospect of chances, you probably want to play Spurs, in saying that, my lasses dad is a Spurs fan, and I couldn’t be doing with him mocking if they beat us.

The idea of a battle of the “trophy-less” final is appealing but also possibly the most daunting thing I could think of.

Ange having his “I win something in my second season” sickening.

But the upside if we get more spurs tears would be exotic to say the least.

Fat angela really is clueless,  there is a 5% that works out or he gives the kid a nightmare debut and has probably also destroyed the confidence of that other keeper who played against us, what a prick

Taking out our own personal closeness to it, a final consisting of us and Spurs is better for football, however Spurs last won a trophy (ironically this one) in 2008.

It’s trophy doubt that any club outside of the top 6 would likely prefer to have.
