It's not just the size either; the ads themselves are so obnoxiously flashy, colourful and overly animated. It's distracting at best.

Can't under the chatter about the advertising boards being a distraction. Are they particularly bright on your tellies or something?

Aye, the constant movement of images and text is just as bad as the ridiculous size & brightness of the fuckers 

 

We’re basically watching a main course of an LED advertising show with a side dish of a game of football

I'm far too casual a fan these days to be anything more than semi-interested/easily distracted when watching that utterly boring Man City team.

Said before but Doku is great. Must have taken on Trent about 10 times in that half and beat him every single time. Might say more about Trent's defending. I guess final ball can be criticised but I think his team mates could have done more. 

 

Probably our best avenue to get at liverpool in the final if there is any chink to their armour.
