Challenging for the ball has to be "involved".

I don't mind the goal being given, but real time with no VAR delay would be vastly preferable. Taking so long to come up with a decision with arguable logic is bad for the game.

There’s no clear and obvious in offsides.

Forrest win is best for us IMO.  They play Chelsea last day anyway so both cannot finish ahead of us no matter what.  Forrest winning keeps them in with a chance of finishing ahead of Chelsea which is better for us since there max points total is below Chelsea.

Because he doesnt touch the ball, doesnt challenge any opposition player and doesnt obstruct the keeper because the goal scorer is between him and the keeper.  His entire involvement in play is to jump next to the goal scorer and obstruct no oppositon player at all.  Did take far too long though, should have been a 3 min check at best.

Seriously if you're stood on the penalty spot waiting for an indirect freekick to be delivered and youre not interfering with play then what the fuck are you doing there?

We absolutely don’t want this but say we can only manage a draw against Everton then a draw between Forest and Chelsea would keep us in the top five on goal difference.

You lot realise Chelsea play Forest next week and both can't get 3 points right?

If Chelsea win then we also have to win. Forest not getting 3 points won't matter as long as Villa beats Man United. This might make them a stronger opponent for Chelsea though, opening up some possibility for 2 points being enough.

Anyone in a ruck in the box from a whipped in cross is interfering with play, defender is still distracted

Haven't studied the situation, but in general you'd think that it atleast can affect the defenders positioning, which could ofcourse make all the difference.
