I like Goodison, personally. Few grounds like it left now. Love the walk up to it amongst terraced houses around it, proper working class.

Yeap, very few stadiums with character now.

Always liked the ground but very few good memories of the place.

Left it the angriest ive ever felt in football stadium in 2003 when this tackle cost us a serious chance of winning the league.

Hearing that Pickford song? Something about hating us? 😆

Aye I got a whiff of Newcastle from that last chant.

Anyone expecting a sure thing against these mongrels next week might be left wanting.

Do it against arsenal today please[emoji38]

I’ve been twice, this season and April 2023 when we won 1-4. They were sound enough and I walked on my own from the ground to Kirkdale Merseyrail station post game both times. Liverpool as a city is probably my second favourite UK city after town tbh.

Aye, ‘he hates Newcastle and he hates the shite’.

A lot less weird than taking inflatable dinosaurs to the match tbf.

Ashley Young v Gordon next week…

Said similar things before. I don’t remember Gordon ever being good against them.
