Mattoon Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 Football in general has become so boring and predictable, the same teams in the same leagues scooping up all the same silverware while no one cares, including their players and fans and as soon as one upstart steps out of line they're sanctioned, squeezed and asset stripped by those allowed free reign. Rinse and repeat, closed shop, protected by any means, money, referees, rule changes, it's not even entertainment anymore. This season has just exemplified the disillusionment for me. Hearts winning the title and Spurs going down would have been brilliant for football in the UK, a hammer to the status quo. Such a shame.
