Ketsbaia Posted Saturday at 20:01 Share Posted Saturday at 20:01 Sick of Villa but I suppose even the thought of them dropping points at Southampton was ludicrous. Forest went well. Really need Spurs to show up against them - which sounds equally ludicrous tbf!

It’s annoying that they are still in the hunt though.
Jewel Posted Saturday at 23:55 Share Posted Saturday at 23:55 I think we and Villa will get top 5 alongside City, Arsenal and Liverpool. Forest will falter, and aren't that great to begin with. It's a case of everything going near perfectly for them this season. That surely can't last. Chelsea are a basket-case. Cole Palmer is out of form and isn't bailing them out like he did before. Ellis H Posted Sunday at 15:04 Share Posted Sunday at 15:04 It just keeps getting put more and more in our hands. It’d be a massive disappointment if we don’t do it now.

Those are banker wins. Got us then City, then Fulham, then Bournemouth. If they get 7 points from those they will probably be in the running. If we get to 68 points none of that will matter. The College Dropout Posted Sunday at 15:22 Share Posted Sunday at 15:22 Do people actually think 2nd is on? I don’t. But I also don’t care. Would snatch your hands off for 5th rn.

NobbySolano Posted Sunday at 15:28 Share Posted Sunday at 15:28 I think 2nd is in if we win today and Wednesday. I think Arsenal will continue to prioritize champions league and will drop more points. It may come down to our game against them to determine 2nd. I care because every league position is a big difference in $ earned plus it helps with recruiting.
Geordie Ahmed Posted Sunday at 15:30 Share Posted Sunday at 15:30 To finish 2nd we probably need to beat Villa Ultimately I just want us to get CL football, that's the main aim

Stifler Posted Sunday at 16:27 Share Posted Sunday at 16:27 The games this week are key. However we need to get the win today and take it 1 game at a time. If we manage to win today, and on Wednesday, even a draw on Saturday would be massive. Lets just concentrate on this 2nd half first.
