Anyone watched Road Cops? Scratters from all over the country, stealing cars, rampaging around the place, wiping out all sorts then totalling the car their in.

Bizzies get a hold of them and young Cayden from Consett is done for driving whilst disqualified, pissed and twoking.

Gets another extended ban and a £50 fine.

Jail? My arse?

He was probs just sat in the driving seat listen to Talkshite till his lass finally rocked up.

Dizzy drivers used to regularly go to prison, not so much now.  Targeting known criminals who were also disqualified from driving was an easy way of getting them locked up and off the streets to stop them committing other crime. No way this helmet will go to prison though.

Sounds like he was stopped by the police while he was still with Everton. Refused to give his name to the police who no doubt already knew who he was so got charged and banned for 6 months. Now it seems that someone? saw him driving after he was banned but just after that his girlfriend was seen dropping him off at training. The DM blow it up with a headline saying he could be sent to prison.

It could have been a pissed off Everton fan who says he saw him driving

He wasn’t stopped whilst with Everton. The vehicle was flagged for speeding etc presumably by a static speed camera. When the police visited the owner (Gordon), he refused to say who was driving at the time of the speeding offence- whether it was him, his girlfriend, or Joe Bloggs from Birkenhead who he’d lent the car to. Bit of a dick thing to do, and not take responsibility personally, or else tell the truth about who was driving.

How far do we go with this issue should he get his contract with us scrapped

I’m not saying there was an issue for the club, just stating the facts, and my opinion at the end which I believe doesn’t reflect very well on the player and his judgment. Hardly a sackable issue though. Like any young kid, he’s just got a bit of growing up to do- hopefully that won’t involve any more police incidents whilst he’s employed with us.

Y’all are wild about driving over there. Possibly sending someone to jail because they moved their car from the parking garage. Insane.

Come across the pond baby it’s like Mad Max.

Yeah, in America a 12-year old speeding while under the influence gets a warning and can’t drive for a week. Crazy over here in Europe

I’m not commenting on this as it’s hard for me to be impartial due to not liking him before he signed, not wanting the signing and still not wanting it but waiting to be proved wrong.

 Thanks for the comment

a few years ago we moved house and forgot to tell the dvla, when they sent the speeding letter asking to confirm who was driving we didn’t get it. 6 months later we got 6 points and £1k fine out of the blue

Do we actually know what happened with his original driving ban?
