If the player wants out he's not going to be motivated to play well/improve. Considering his agent is on Sky talking about his next destination, it'd be silly to think Tonali had no input on this. I read into this differently but obviously now we're into the land of interpretation. I believe that his agent going so public and willing to speak out about it is more of a sign that he will push to go. I also believe he's not wanting to tarnish himself like Isak, especially after us putting up with the ban, and that's why it's happening now as preparation. All opinion of course. If he has reached his ceiling with us in terms of performances, then selling him won't hurt too much but I will never be able to hate watch a Man Utd game anymore if he signs for them and turns into an absolute world beater. We'll be at crossroads this summer for sure especially if we're not in Europe, never mind the Champions League and Gary Neville FC are.
