Talk of Mitchell wanting to restructure (for want a more suitable word) the youth setup so they play the same way as the first team, suggests more of a Man City approach, where they value training regularly with the first team ahead of going on loan. That’s not to say loans can’t be beneficial like, obviously there are certain things that are only ever learnt from playing competitively at a certain level.
