Sexy foreign name though from sexy foreign league. Simakan is a really good defender, is £20 million less at least, and can also play very comfortably at right back. He might need some time to settle and adjust, but as we have Schar, Burn, Kelly, and even Krafth that would be perfectly fine. Guehi's intangibles would have been a great addition, but Simakan is bringing with him a lot of Champions League experience. It's a great pivot option if we can manage it. I have doubt over Simakans defense positioning. Other than that he is probably a more natural successor of Schar than Guehi.
