I wouldn't touch Delap. 

 

Showed well at Ipswich, but just hasn't got the skill to play for a team above say 14th. A Chelsea fan did a comp of his fouls/tackles and he's always asking for a red card.

Seriously take a hit on Wissa then bring in Jackson and Vipotnik with Big Nick completing the trio.

 

Any 2 from 3 could play as a pair and 2 out of the 3 can play a lone man.

 

Ideal for me is to move to a 3-5-1-1 or 3-5-2, reckon it would be easier to fill the squad gaps in with that formation as well

Depending on opposition Big Nick slips in for either of the front 2 or you play a midfield 2, 2 up top and Nick in between.

 

Probably stick a keeper in as well, no need to make life difficult before we start.

I'm a bit nervous of this one after elanga. Hes basically had one good season and he's 24
