Guest
He's quality. Could easily finish the season on about 8 goals.
Joelinton7
This guy scores or assist every game he plays. Bargain.

Geogaddi
I like him, he's definitely going to be one of them players who can do nothing for a large part of the game but he will then pop up with a goal or assist, I cant think of any other winger like him, he's rarely going to have a match where he is constantly running at his man like many wingers do but he will score a lot more goals and get a lot more assists than Maxi ever did for us. Its probably down to his injury but he seems to look better coming off the bench like against Villa, Luton and West Ham than he does when he starts. Smal
for someone who's not supposed to be involved in general play much I thought he was last night tbh. Most touches in opponent area, second most touches in the attacking third, most progressive passes received, most progressive carries, most carries into the penalty area, most carries into the final third, most key passes and most ball recoveries (loose balls recovered). Replaced Gordon very well imo. Did enough for me to think we should definitely be trying him on the left with Gordon on the right against Full Ham on Saturday. Lush Vlad
I've still not seen his early chance back. Looks like a great save from Pickford, but should really be scoring that. Maybe if it wasn't so early in the game, he buries it. He gets an impressive amount of shots off, constantly looks like a goal threat and is chipping in with assists and creating chances. Such a shame he's missed so much of the season. EDIT: Just seen that chance back. Pickford narrows the angle really quickly. But still should do better, IMO. Hits it straight at him. Deceptively quick, as well. Doesn't seem like he is, but he's great at carrying the ball up the pitch. Those stats just confirming that.
janpawel
Thought he was unreal until he got tired, ran like a dog and was a total nuisance, also was very good and intentional when on the ball When everyone is fit, LW is by far our strongest position on the pitch
Sima
Can he play on the right? Him and Gordon either side of Isak, man
Gallowgate Toon
Another very good showing imo. I really like what he brings to us (well, currently, at least). Gordon often feels a bit more playmaker-y to me on the left, he's thinking about moves and combos, creating angles to shoot. Barnes is more classic in that he drives to the space he sees first, whether inside or outside.
80
He comes on with the intention to do harm. Exactly what we need right now.
Aiston
Looked good when he came on again, a good couple of dangerous crosses.

Beth
Just a shame him and Gordon are not as good on the right. Even so still we should be starting both for the Spurs game, Murphy offers fuck all at the moment.

Menace
Once him and Gordon start to click, we potentially have 2 wingers that can hit 20 G/A a season on each side. That's top 4 worthy.

McDog
I really like Barnes, always looks solid and makes things happen. I believe he has a great football IQ also. Hope he finishes out the season fit.
STM
The pass into Isak was brilliant. Defender did well.
Gallowgate Toon
Barnes spent a good amount of years playing with Vardy so I don't think it's a surprise he's looking good foil for Isak. He'll know the importance of passes into space.
Lush Vlad
His acceleration is better than I was expecting. Turns on the jets for the goal after the lovely backheel to him from Anderson. Did the same a good few times from standing starts on Tuesday. Whilst he’s not really skillful or technical with his play. Or even a particularly impressive dribbler. His passing and decision making is far better than I was expecting. Could and probably should have more goal involvements all ready. From what? The equivalent of 7-8 game’s worth of minutes? He did a couple of players in a tight spot for Isak's big chance against Everton.

He did a couple of players in a tight spot for Isak's big chance against Everton. Fair. I still don’t think he’s someone who is going to beat players regularly through trickery and close control. The same way in the current team, Bruno (albeit with no pace) and Isak can, for example. I just think he is mainly a head down, get to the line/cut in and have a shot kind of guy. His mind is made up and he’s going for it. Which is fine. I don’t expect him to be twisting and turning HBA or ASM style. Nor would I want him to in this current setup. His numbers speak for themselves over the years. Excited to see what sort of goals and assists he could get in a full season for us now. Yorkie
Aye can't disagree. From the little we've seen, the signing makes more and more sense with every appearance. He's a much better fit than Maxi. When you consider how close we are despite everything, I think there's a good argument that we'd have been nibbling at 4th again had we had just two or three more players available throughout. We'd have a fair few more points on the board with literally just him and Pope.
Shak
He's looked better beating people than I expected tbh, was a lovely bit of quick feet to set up Isak against Everton, the one that was cleared off the line.
