Sima
He’s very passive when he starts. Barely impacts games at all.

Bought for 38m (IIRC) two summers ago Five year deal, you’re looking at £7.6m a season. So you’re looking at at £7.6m + 7/12th of £7.6m = £12m. We’d need £26m to break even but we’d want to make a profit on him. £35m for me given his previous form and goals / assists record.
Holloway
He'd go for about 28 mill is my guess

Even though he doesn't start for us, he'd instantly give any PL side a good goals output. 35m minimum. Hes highly rated by other fans, from my experience at least. Cronky
He has a good shot on him, but his touch on the ball isn't great. It was a very poor piece of play from him to let that guy through to what might well have been a second goal. You get taught to move towards the ball, but he stayed put in a bad bit of judgement. It suggested that he might not be in the best place mentally.
WilliamPS
In some ways pleased it’s an injury. Some over the top reactions in here. The ability to ping in goals from LW has real value, just ask Miggy... The imbalance in the squad between LW and RW isn’t his fault, and whilst fixing RW is the priority I hope it will be done without weakening another area of the pitch. Cf
He's backup LW, though I'm always less than convinced when he starts for us vs when he comes on for us as a sub. In a non-PSR world I'd happily have him assuming he's happy being the backup. But he's one of few players who we could potentially move on for a decent fee. Might be one where both parties are happy because I think he starts for mid table teams.
M1tche
If it is an injury I'd be weirdly happy with that. If he had be subbed by Howe, without that, after playing so few minutes this season, I could have seen him handing in a transfer request.

Hes one of the few players we have who should be starting in the PL and will give us some serious wedge back.

(From the horses mouth) As has been mentioned, he came off because midway through the first half he felt some discomfort in his quad. Just precautionary I think. Terrymac1966
Give the lad a chance please. I remember when Murphy was being pilloried and now look at him. Theres sometimes a lot of SMB kicking about here.

More than happy for him to stay as an impact sub but I can't see him or the financial hierarchy wanting that

Actually it's a compliment that most of us see him as too good to be sitting on our bench, given our PSR constraints. Hes valuable.

Still don’t think anything will happen this month whilst fighting on three fronts.

80
Didn't see the first half, so no comment on that, but when I saw the lineup, with no Bruno or Willock, I thought Barnes especially would suffer - we were halfway toothless, in terms of experienced creativity. Our best two lock picks were in defence.
Whitley mag
I get that the kid can finish and stats look impressive, but this tends to be when he’s given acres to cut in on his right foot, if he’s up against a fast, physical full back he’s got no chance. Just doesn’t cut it for me, fell over at Arsenal when through in the left channel, lacks pace, physically weak and lacks ability on the ball to be a top player.
