Rather Osula comes on at RW and Barnes upfront to use his pace and nominally press.

Barnes needs minutes to get up to speed. Probably should be starting one of the next two games because we need him to be more match sharp.

Problem is starting in place of who? Lad is useless on the right flank and Gordon isn't much better on the right either. 

 

Hopefully we can get our money back in the summer he's a good player but his limitations are a bit of an issue for us imo.

Probably for Gordon midweek against Liverpool. 
 

It’s a squad game and we’ve spent £40m on him so he needs to be trusted to start games, and we need him more sharp for when he is called upon. 
 

Has it’s positives a same XI every week, but it also leads to squad players being off the pace when they are required. Got a cup final coming up, potentially good chance of any cup final run and still UCL run in. Rotation is going to be needed from here on.

I thought the same, but still it was annoying seeing him jog lightly and not tracking his man.

He's not starting against Liverpool imo.

 

Howe might schedule Gordon in for 2x 60-70 minute games as a way of resting. That's the Bruno G "rest".
