Pilko Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Agree that it was probably his poorest overall game since he got back in, but he scored and was involved in the build up to the first goal too so he contributed in a positive way to the result still. Definitely earned the shirt for the time being, Gordon wasn't great pre-suspension and should feature from the bench when he's back, at least initially. Long may it continue because we need to get into a position where we can have 5 across the three forward positions, where rotation can be made and performance levels remain the same. Murphy scored two goals in the last game, and got an assist against Brentford, Isak scored against Brentford and should have had an assist himself, and Bruno has been his usual full of energy self, even if he was off it against Brentford a bit. Murphy has been piss poor so has isak and bruno. He may have scored but the performances have been lacking. Just because you score a goal doesn't mean you played well.
