Fuckin Targett when we have £70m worth of fullbacks on the bench. Jesus Christ.

What a deranged comment. What would you have done? Played a right back at left back or put Lewis Hall straight in, despite the fact he's not match ready?

Targett is next in line. Its not hard to work out. If he's shite here..... different story.

Howe said Hall hasn’t had much of a pre season. Targetts not been awful like.

Maybe awful is a bit much but he hasn't hit the same highs that he had when he was on loan.

Either way, Howe knows better than me anyway.

Howe has stated Hall isn’t fully fit yet, Liv isn’t a left back, Targett is an out and out left back. I don’t see the issue, it’s the obvious choice for today.

How do you know he’s not ready?

Hasn’t had the chance to get back up to speed to be honest given how well our defence played. Hopefully he’s on it today and isn’t chucked into the deep end too much.
