toontownman
With two Joe's down, one had to step up. Not much time to make an impression but had a couple of nice touches. Great to see him get his chance and full debut. I expect we will see him again before the end of the season.
Newcastle Fan
Looked scared bless him, but considering he was playing league two football a month or two ago he did well.
Pilko
Always nice to see a young lad make his debut. He's a Bruno card or an injury away from a start so glad he's at least had his debut.

Aiston
He'll get a couple of starts after the Arsenal game. There is no fucking way Bruno gets through an Arsenal game without a booking.

AyeDubbleYoo
Thought he moved well on the ball and passed it very sharply. Not too bad.
toontownman
Howe to @bbcnewcastle on Joe White: "He's been really good since coming back. Been really pleased with more maturity from him. Performances in training have been very good. He's not getting on the pitch for any reason other than training well & he deserves to be there." https://x.com/raisbeck10/status/1758915955856421030?s=

If you’re a young player and see the likes of Miley and White getting minutes, you’ll be keen on joining us.

It's a damning indictment of Hall. And I've got a feeling that his best position ultimately isn't full back. Perhaps Eddie can't afford to risk him defensively and he doesn't have the experience to play in midfield.
Dr.Spaceman
Thought Joe White looked tidy. Wouldn't mind seeing more of him before any decision is made on his long term future. If we're giving some of the spanners as much game time as we are then there's no reason we can't give a few minutes to this lad between now and the end of the season. Adam
Looked lively and had a lots of energy, kept the ball moving. Nothing amazing but nice change considering Miley was knackered. With how this season has gone hopefully see a bit more if him to rest the paper thin midfield when we can.
