People keep saying this but always forget that would require us to sell another £30 million worth of player each year to balance that new signing out. Everyone seems to know the fee is amortised in the first year and forget it has to be included every year going forward.

Fab had it as 15mil plus add ons, so not a stretch to go for the 20mil!
