I don’t buy that anyone was disinterested. Just shit and/or tired

Fair, but Murphy showed little interest in tracking back in the first minutes of the game - nothing personal and just an opinion. Tiredness in minute 5 is a little odd...but not here to argue.

After the 3rd was disallowed Bruno had to physically tell Gordon to wake up and concentrate, but I agree it cold have been mental tiredness.

For the record, I love both players, just an observation.

Just been on twitter and I see all the fickle arseholes are out in force again. Never been seen the past 6 weeks, then 1 loss and everything is back to being shite again. Idiots.

Not going to say it was one of those games; it wasn’t. We were outplayed all game, they were better organised, played better patterns and had higher energy.

Not trying to single anyone out but some observations, Murphy unaffective, Gordon truly awful (his energy and tracking back was abysmal , from the 1st minute), Isak had no service, Bruno was shocking for their second.

Special mention to the ref who let them foul after foul without a booking which meant none of their players came under any pressure to stop fouling until around 65 minutes.

We were well beaten, the reaction will be interesting. Can’t believe how bad we were collectively today and how nobody was able to shake the team out of it.

Honestly mate. Coming off there was a great decision for me.

I mean, I’m still a miserable cunt  But I’m not as bad. Every account became like those engagement, rage bait type personalities or just Talksport’esque provocative shite.

At least on here there is some fair and balanced stuff. Sometimes. Maybe.

Better team won on the day. Simple as that.

Iraola had our number tactically.

His players executed it perfectly.

Referee allowed them to bully us.

We allowed them to bully us.

All but 2 or 3 did anywhere enough to compete.

Onto the next game

What about Kluivert's hatrick btw? It was against us, but those were quality finishes.

Wasted little time in shooting and placed the ball perfectly each time. He had an amazing game and generally does against us.

I thought the second was saveable. His other two were top class.

Still can't believe people losing their head over one result [emoji38] wake up lads it was a one off.

Just have to accept we were bettered by our opposition today and move on.

Personally not losing my head. But I think it's the matter of the defeat. 4 goals at home is rank.

Appreciate your concern but also think like...we have had numerous clean sheets recently. Each opposition poses a different threat and certain teams are better suited against certain opposition. That's why top teams need more than one plan of action.
