There was some Brazilian striker they bought from Belgium to replace Toney, that got injured early on, and so Wissa was moved upfront from that left side, and it showed a whole other dimension to his game. Not an exciting signing but it’s more the type of player I was expecting if we keep Isak. I’d definitely rather have Isak and Wissa than Ekitike and no Isak. I agree with the sentiment, but we’ve sold one player to a club over there and it wasn’t an astronomical fee by any stretch. I just can’t see us going down that road as everyone else will cry foul.
