Maybe we’re gonna have to come up with a way of incentivising agents in a way that nobody else is doing to take away this constant fucking shite of getting pipped at the post. Maybe a bigger fee if the deal completes more quickly? The agent fee decreases with every day that passes. I dunno, there’s got to be some way of improving what we’re currently doing man.
