I don't think it's right to insult people who are willing to continue attending, be it for the matchday rituals, tradition, because it's what they've always done or just because they fancy it. No matter what Sky have told you there is an emotional investment in your football team and that extends from pride in your city through to familial relationships. In that way it is very different from BT or British Gas. Now you can hold an opinion about the effect the continuing good attendances are having on our current fortunes but it's just your opinion.
