I don't get what's going on here. I thought the idea was to stop needlessly giving Ashley our money?

I was expecting a hate campaign against the roof tour, now we've got posters pricing it up

Need to send a couple of agents on  the tour with one of the banners.

My favourite one so far is from Slim

Friendly Sat 09 or Sun 10.08.2014 team tbc (h) KO tbc.

Good time for a protest?

Prob be a rubbish atmosphere so the songs will come across well.

Can also maybe get seats near the dugout?

There's a difference between going along to a meaningless game which is likely to be poorly attended in order to protest and just giving him some dosh to climb up on the roof.

Protests at the friendlies will likely attract quite a bit of attention since there won't be many there and there's fuck all else about NUFC to report on atm (except transfers :yao:).

He'll never take the soul of this club.

edit:  The soul of the club rests in the city.  It's Newcastle, it's what we are and it's who we are.  He can buy the ground, he can buy the adverts, he can buy the name of the club and all the merchandising that goes with it but the club will always be Newcastle and it will always stand for the people of Newcastle.

Disagree tbh, this goes on for another 20 or 30 years and most of the crowd won't have any idea of what NUFC are capable of.

20 years of this and Newcastle FC will be in League One.while Newcastle United are trying to avoid relegation to the conference  20, 30, 40 years doesn't matter and never will.  My city, my club.

That's all well and good but you've ignored my point.  You see it with the young'uns today, too many of them willing to roll over and harp on about balance sheets while seeing us tread water.  The club's changing for the worse and the longer it goes on the more the soul of the club is diminished.  We're already a bit of a two-bob outfit.

That's one thing that's in our hands.  He'll never take what this club is.  My son will know just like my little nieces and nephews know now.  It'll take a much bigger and fatter man to kill that.

What you're railing against is the money market football has become.  Years ago when we became a PLC they told us that football is all about money now.  They were right.  Very few care about the glory of silverware, it's just about getting on the gravy train and staying there.  It makes me sick.

Send Mick Lowes up, the ultimate stress test

Its like they were doing a walk and talk interview. Mick stops for breath and says "just take a fucking photo and let's be done"

How do you let yourself get in such a mess physically? I mean, there must be a day when you look in the mirror and think "hang on, didn't I used to have a chin? Wheres my cock? I really have to switch to margarine...."

You do know I would be buying a child ticket also.

Imagine being able to abuse Pardew so close you could taste his tears
