The next thing that simply has to happen is the existing Gallowgate being turned into a safe standing Kop end, once the inevitable Level 7 extension happens. And I actually have every faith that the club will deliver on that too, so long as the Trust get involved and make sure they know about it. Yeah, the existing Level 7 development added 16000 seats and the section behind the Leazes & the Leazes corner represents about half of those 16,000 seats. And when safe standing is established, maybe go to the German standard, which is something like 1.7 people per seated space, increasing the capacity greatly. They added extra seats to the lower bowl as well during the L7 redevelopment by adding a Level 4 above the Leazes West Corner Level 2 which added an additional 1,800 seats.
