Don’t see how them coming to the city means a decision will be made.

Feels like the recent leaks have been done to try and reduce any shock or anger when the announcement we are looking to leave is made, admittedly. I’m sure that FAB meeting is in March, so we should know more when the minutes of that are released you’d expect.

Heard that we’re building a hotel next to the new stadium and it’s being run by the Trump organisation. Yasir putting his friendship to good use.

I wouldn’t be surprised if long term, where the Stack is, we see 2 hotels alongside a fan-zone. We’ll have 1 premium hotel, and 1 normal hotel.

Possible hotel where the Barclays building is coming down near the old Milligans/Greggs? Would be class to see a tower there.

Possibly, although my point was that the hotels that I mentioned would be club lead and probably club owned.

Probably a dumb question, but could we play at SJP whilst it being expanded? How long would and expansion take vs a total rebuild?

Can't see why not.. remember old Trafford being a building site and  Highbury.

No PSR issues in those days, we cannot afford to lose any revenue with the current climate

Iirc from the version posted (Option C??) of our's in a similar build had the new stadium encroaching alot less on the old. Enabling staying put for longer?

I have absolutely zero idea how they’d pull it off without us spending time somewhere else.

Maybe, as unlikely as it sounds as I’m typing it, the new training ground will be built with a significant enough stadium that can be used for a year or so.

Long and short they’ll build it and it’ll have about 45k. Knock down Leazes. Build the last bit. 70k. Knock down the rest of SJP.

Not that I’m an engineer or owt, but imagine we’ll play for a season with a reduced capacity of 45k. Then finish the build in the close season as best as we can to bring it up to 70k. No where else for us to go.

Only as good as your last video, tbf.

He's still basking in discovering we're a year older than we thought.
