Feels like the recent leaks have been done to try and reduce any shock or anger when the announcement we are looking to leave is made, admittedly. Maybe, as unlikely as it sounds as I’m typing it, the new training ground will be built with a significant enough stadium that can be used for a year or so. mattypnufc Posted February 14, 2025 Share Posted February 14, 2025 Long and short they’ll build it and it’ll have about 45k. Knock down Leazes. Build the last bit. 70k. Knock down the rest of SJP. Not that I’m an engineer or owt, but imagine we’ll play for a season with a reduced capacity of 45k. Then finish the build in the close season as best as we can to bring it up to 70k.
