It was recorded on a tape for posterity so I’ve heard it more than a few times. Paddy asked me where I was from but I couldn’t remember, so you can hear me shouting for my mother to ask where we live. Cue much chortling from Paddy. I know he had a rep for being a bit up himself at times but he was on great form that day, tipped pretty well. Also had Frank Clark in one evening for a private function, kept the bar open until 5 am for him and his party, he was decent on the old guitar.
