In short the article says a 3m bid has been rejected but no club is named, then goes on to compare Chopra's performances last season to Nugents who is valued at 7m. He's found his level, and if he moves up, he'll get found out, but he'll make a few quid on the way, so fair play to him. He's Cardiff's star player so if they go up he is guaranteed to be first choice. If he left now for a Premiership team he might start on the bench and if he doesn't impress when he comes on he will find himself back to square one.
