  1. Past hour
  2. No we didn't. It's not a rule that you have to. Chelsea didn't for a while.
  3. Well actual facts are released about the transfers to discuss. Your output is agenda driven and you know that.
  4. That’s a shame, I’ll have to savour the last three cans I have in my fridge. Hope you have some good collaborations lined up. I think Anarchy will have done well out working with you, it’s a good win-win for the right partner.
  5. Why is there no point? we might as well not talk about the transfer window. That at least has a known deadline.
  6. If we treated Newcastle like a PLC we would be investors. Investors speculate about business strategy. As football fans we are more than investors. There’s emotional labour, financial support and more. I hate how anti-speculation people are about it ON A MESSAGE BOARD. I agree with @Keegans Export we don’t know what PIF intend to do but clearly there’s money been left on the table.
  7. No point in discussing though really until after the APT ruling. Nobody knows what's has or has not been tabled.
  8. Surely having no cover for Isak is literally asking for it?
  9. Oh wow, another one of those great value deals from the continent! Can understand why it’s been so quiet surrounding him now. Nvm
  10. Whataboutery is a really easy out these days it seems, read a little bit about the Mau Mau uprising which again occurred in the 1950’s a decade after we'd been appalled by the treatment of our troops by the Japanese and Germans, I’ll give you a brief highlights tour. “Interrogation under torture was widespread. Many of the men were anally raped… Women were gang-raped by guards. People were mauled by dogs and electrocuted.” Men were also castrated, others were tied to Land Rovers and pulverised to death.” And before you think these were small isolated incidents 300,000 people were disappeared in this uprising. This is one incident, similar things were also occurring in Indonesia during the same decade. It clearly seems Operation Legacy was a rip roaring success.
  11. Always thought keeper, centre-back & right-winger, then it'll be one out, one in. Midfield needs added quality but unless we can sell Longstaff or Willock, I doubt we'll be able to fit one in. Maybe a loan backup if we find Miley a loan or something.
  12. No whinging campaign here, just trying to engage in discussion.
  13. 100m euro asking price iirc.
  14. More of an Odegaard cover. A 10 more than a winger.
  15. I never expected more than 3 in, and I still think that’s what we will get.
  16. Us and Villa were a few weeks back, can’t remember the source though. Not been mentioned since mind.
  17. Exactly we don't so leave it to them. Once the APT has been decided, then people can start their whinging campaign if nothing happens.
  18. Has anyone been linked with Samu from Porto yet? Given his age and Howe’s penchant for physical monsters/ target men it’d make sense for us to go in for him as a more forward-thinking alternative to DCL imo.
  19. Today
  20. That's fine but the issue is we don’t really know what the PIF reasons are. I mean, in the example I gave we could have left £15m on the table, how much more are they expecting it to increase by to make that worthwhile? It suggests to me that they are very much in business mode and are looking for non-related parties rather than looking to push the existing rules to their limit.
  21. Is it the zero goals or zero assists you think he has to offer?
  22. No, but there’s still not far off 1000 left at 0 points, so if they want to sell them all, they’ll probably have to open it to members.
  23. No it's saying that we will get the premier league clamping down saying you can't increase. I trust PIF reasons more than a person on a message board, who hasn't a clue what or what not has been tabled. The APT ruling will be out soon, so as I said no hiding then.
