We need more than 3, but can anyone seriously see that happening? At this point i see Trafford, Elanga and a CB signing, that would come to circa 120 million. Howe doesn’t like huge upheaval in a transfer window and don’t think we have the finances, or people in place to navigate big wheeling and dealing this summer.
-
Come on then, tell me what sponsorships have or have not been tabled? Tell me why PIF have not added further sponsorship also? Keeper in the bag a year ago? Another one who listens to bullshit reports. If he was in the bag, then why wasn't he signed a year ago then? As I thought agenda driven because a signing hasn't been made yet
-
Mudryk man going to still have years left on his deal when his FOUR YEAR ban finishes. That sort of deal would ruin us, for Chelsea, barely a bump in the road.
-
Five of our defenders are in their 30s too. We’re going to need numbers at some point, not fucking around for months looking for the perfect one.
-
This might be pushing it, though. I could live without the FB and the CM is ‘nice to have’ if we find someone to take Longstaff or Willock.
-
Chelsea only have - Cole Palmer Christopher Nkunku Kendry Páez Tyrique George Mykhaylo Mudryk Pedro Neto Noni Madueke Raheem Sterling João Félix Nicolas Jackson Liam Delap Armando Broja Marc Guiu David Datro Fofana Seems a bit light to me
-
It isn't a discussion based on fuck all though is it? It's a discussion based on untapped income resources at a time when we're haggling over a couple of million quid for a goalkeeper we apparently had in the bag a year ago. Seems a reasonable thing to discuss, with your permission of course.
-
GK CB RW CF Then a CM and versatile FB
-
Are Arsenal purposefully signing all the players they need except a striker?
-
Would be an act of self sabotage, We've literally gone into a champions league campaign short before, we know how it ends
-
There’s no way three signings is enough, mind.
-
I'm very much not ITK about transfer dealings but I understand why Newcastle are taking it slow this summer. Chelsea are just gazumping everyone. When they're exhausted maybe Arsenal will then assume the role of Gazumper to protect Cartel interests.
-
If you want to continue discussion based on absolutely fuck all, then you go ahead.
-
How did you get allocated the role of when it's acceptable to voice a concern?
-
They should have opened it up to members as soon as the extra 2k allocation was confirmed. They get absolutely nowt for their 50 quid a year apart from a lottery ticket giving them a small chance of getting a ticket for a home match, loads didn't even get a sniff of 1 ticket last season. Talk of at least making the membership fee feel like slight value for money, allowing members the chance to buy a ticket for an away friendly with a 10,000 allocation is surely an easy win.
-
They had a reason for that though, same as Forest
-
With people complaining about the benefits of being a member they would be shooting themselves in the foot by not releasing these tickets.
-
No we didn't. It's not a rule that you have to. Chelsea didn't for a while.
-
Well actual facts are released about the transfers to discuss. Your output is agenda driven and you know that.
-
Not buying that at all.

That’s a shame, I’ll have to savour the last three cans I have in my fridge. Hope you have some good collaborations lined up. I think Anarchy will have done well out working with you, it’s a good win-win for the right partner. -

Why is there no point? we might as well not talk about the transfer window. That at least has a known deadline. -

If we treated Newcastle like a PLC we would be investors. Investors speculate about business strategy. As football fans we are more than investors. There’s emotional labour, financial support and more. I hate how anti-speculation people are about it ON A MESSAGE BOARD. I agree with @Keegans Export we don’t know what PIF intend to do but clearly there’s money been left on the table. -
No point in discussing though really until after the APT ruling. Nobody knows what's has or has not been tabled.
-
Surely having no cover for Isak is literally asking for it?
