  2. James playing there with no left foot is certainly a choice
  3. Absolutely pointless these games. International football outside of major tournaments is reet bore

I'm too much of a tight arse IRL. Won't buy anything on credit. I love sleeping soundly.
  5. It just adds further to the argument that smaller nations for UEFA’s allocation should go through a pre-qualifying phase, like pretty much every other confederation does.

Same here but you can't really argue it's not worked for us. Look at what we spent on Burn, Targett, Trippier and Chris Wood in that first season. All overspending really, but in the long term it definitely paid off, even if it didn't reflect in the balance sheets.
  7. Nine

    João Pedro

    I’d say it’s very reasonable
  8. I think Burn and Konsa might be the most balanced partnership England have available right now. I do think Colwill will end up cementing a place sooner or later though.

Personally not a fan of kicking issues down the road by overspending now, but if thats what the club decides to do then so be it. They'll live and die by the sword. Appreciate all your explanations TCD and NUFC123.
  11. is that music i can hear?
  12. Few quid on a Dan Burn header with Paddy Power at 10/1
  13. 200m is about Ā£50m in amortised cost. Doesn’t sound unreasonable.
  14. Matterface ā€œit’s going to be a game of attack vs defenceā€ .. isn’t that every game?

    João Pedro

Right now there not anyone who has a clue about our economy, but yes 200m is unrealistic.
  16. No idea what the budget is. Have a whole year to raise funds if necessary. Most important thing is a good CL campaign and getting back into the CL.
  17. I'd be buzzing like a crack whore with that.
