It would be very unusual to not have the CFO on the board. FWIW, an executive director is one with day-to-day responsibilities, so a CFO would be executive. It’s not about voting rights.

Wembley is a dump, always has been. That stretch of NW London is just a mix of hovels and soulless Mock tudor semis.
-
They can just stay down. They moaned non stop last time they were at this level.

He got 6 for the push and 2 for verbals in the aftermath.

£499m is a decent chunk of change for a poker pro / sports betting consultant. Must have had a very good run of cards.
-
Trust me, they have.

Presumably Vilca hasn’t been capped by Peru?

On the basis of what? They sought promotion and are actively seeking help to get this done, which I'm sure they will. It's certainly a lot less work than a brand new ground on the outskirts of nowhere much.

But the BBC won't be able to use their usual cliched day-job references. "The striker will have to be back on the tools come Monday, he's a full-time footballer by trade".
-
If the ball touches any other player between the striker’s two touches, yes. Same thing happened in our away leg vs Bilbao in the UEFA Cup.

Check out Burgos' record so far this season: https://www.flashscore.com/team/burgos-cf/vTxTEFi6/results/ Played 8, scored 2, conceded 0

You keep saying this in this thread. The board backed him enough to allow him to manage contract option renewals, which he deliberately didn't do by the due date, then signed those same players to Darlo. There's plenty to criticise upstairs at Croft Park, but AA absolutely shafted the club. He also had the biggest wage bill the club ever had at his disposal. When Blyth first went up to that level under Harry Dunn I would say it was easily their natural level. Since then, a lot of former FL clubs have dropped into it plus a lot of other clubs have moved on in terms of club infrastructure. Looking at some of the gates in the NPL now- and that you even have FT teams at the level below, then Blyth are always going to be at the bottom end National North / top end NPL. Still, cracking result today in the cup. Home draw would be nice for a place in the first round.

When Diana died and our game at Anfield was rescheduled, we had loads of players out when the game took place. So it’s true that these decisions even themselves out over a dynasty.
-
He had a very decent career in the lower leagues with Cheltenham and Northwich before playing back in the NE and he’s still going in the Northern League.

Brayson is still playing!
-
People were absolutely clamouring for them- going round all the club outlets- back when NUFC has little outlet stands in places like Blyth Asda
-
The shambles continues.
-
Lots of excitement over what is effectively NUFC changing their account bank from Barclays to HSBC and replacing the blanket security agreement. Someone like Maguire should be more switched on to what he's posting. We won't have visibility of whether the borrowings secured against these assets is substantial or not until the next accounts are available. But there is nothing unusual here and no conclusions or inference can be drawn about the owners or the clubs plans.

Anyone in Canada- the game will be on FuboTV which carries BenficaTV. Fubo have got the PL rights from Dazn for this season.

It's been a while. Maybe Emre?

Solihull's rise had been insane. Their ground was originally a driving range and they used to get a few hundred in attendance at best. I know they made a load of money leasing their car park to Land Rover (factory next door) but I'm guessing someone has also put in an absolute shedload of cash.
-
Robbie Dale signs for Ashington. That should stick an extra 50-100 on the gate when they're at home and Blyth are away.
-
It's handy that Blyth are safe, as they have the NSC final at SJP on Thursday, followed by a long trip to Gloucester on Saturday. They can treat the last league game as a kickabout.
-
With a bit of luck Guiseley will survive at the expense of Telford, get rid of one of the longer trips in the NLN, although Kings Lynn will be back on the list next season.
