Perchinio in Tesco a few minutes ago.

More abuse than when he lived in the City, as a Newcastle player.
-
He would live in Newcastle, back to the goldfish bowl just he would get loads more abuse.
-
Martins I can understand, he had pace. I'll never forget a 35 year old Alan Shearer beating him for pace.
-
He's trying to get rid of the slow players, Dawson and Huddlestone the first two he wants out.
-
His shooting directly helped us to beat Spurs on Saturday tbf.
-
And he is ginger. Top kid.
-
Great to see Fergie going off it so early in the season.
-
Surely that can actually help?, as the manager has a better view of the match and don't some managers spend the first half up in the stands anyway, I think I remember Souness doing it. Fat twat always used to be upstairs for the first half.

It's his all round game that has impressed me, loads of lads score for fun in youth and reserve level and never make it but he looks like he has it all.

Wenger pushed the 4th official a few years ago and got away with an £8k fine iirc.
-
It was a push, he was out of order. Looked much worse from where I was sat. By the letter of the law, I'm sure you are right, he was out of order. But the angle I have available makes it look like nothing more than a nudge to get his attention. Certainly doesn't look like there's any aggression in the push. I bet a high five would hurt more. I was in the posh seats about 20 yards away, it looked bad in real time.

Have you seen their next 4 league fixtures? Not going to post them due to fixture lists etc. They could quite easily be without a win after their first 5 games.

I wouldn't believe wiki, Matty Pattison moved to England with his family in 1997. Vicky Pattison was born in 1988, in Newcastle.

None of that lot would get a game for our second string. Funnier because there was a time that Huntington was tipped for big things, Chopra was the second coming, Pattison was tipped as the next Gazza, O'Brien was a classic old fashioned hit and run, tons of pace, crossing winger and Ramage and Edgar had potential to be solid squad players. Rose tinted glasses are a belter, maybe we will be saying the same in six years time about Ameobi, Vuckic, Abeid, Bigi, Ferguson, Tavs etc.. Tbh apart from Chopra who scored goals for fun at all levels apart from first team, non of the above were really tripped for anything. Pattison was certainly never tipped as the next Gazza ffs, everyone thought he was shite.

So much for this going live on Sunday.

I can't believe how many youngsters make up their matchday squads these days. I know they've got a canny academy but you can't imagine they're all much kop. We had some shocking academy players on the bench in the period Otter mentioned. Wouldn't be surprised if they go down this year.

The answer is to get some decent food elsewhere before the match.
-
IIRC Shepherd wanted him and lined up a deal to bring him here but Souness didn't want him.
-
Carroll will only leave Liverpool to come back here imo.

Good for Harper to play, what if Krul gets sent off or injured in one of our next few games? We need Harper to step in, he's not as good as he was and needs to stay sharp so a game will do him good.
