  1. Oldham have signed former Newcastle striker Shefki Kuqi until the end of the season. Another frontman the Magpies won't be signing tonight.
  2. Wouldn't be surprised to see Ranger, Guthrie or Harper go in the other direction...
  3. Might all happen if Bendtner gets a loan move to the mackems, meaning Gyan to Marseille and Gignac to us....
  4. Patrick van Aanholt on loan to Wigan
  5. Its not the ex Liverpool player.
  6. 8 months since we sold Carroll and nearly 50million brought in, yet first game and I still have to see Ameobi, Best and Lovenkrands all play. Shocking....
  7. Have to laugh at the fact we are linked with two international left backs yet seem content with Simpson and/or Raylor at right back.
  8. Probably more "no quotes" etc crap on the likes of Defoe
  9. I dont know that it is, I go RC Lens alot on FM and as soon as I seen that training pic posted I thought it was the spitting image of him.... No ITK claims here
  10. Pretty amazing shout if you're correct It seems since I posted that its made its way on to nufc-forum, toontastic and twitter...
  11. The Flickr pic looks like Doucoure from RC Lens youth team...
  12. Its not the wage cap thats stopping us signing good players/creating a decent squad, its Ashleys reluctance to spend any money on transfer fees.
  13. I can't see it being anymore than what we already know... "I am going to sit out my contract and leave on a free at the end of the season"

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Has Ben Arfa now officially given the number 10 shirt as I see on .co.uk that on the current players name and numbers options when purchasing new shits that he is down as number 10 on that list. No sign of Cabaye or Marveaux yet.
  15. Whilst the arguments and debates will continue as to how much we have been/should be spending of the Andy Carroll if we have marked some of that for a new striker (Erdinic) and Nzogbia (even though it is only around half of what was brough in). If offloading the likes of Ranger, Routledge and Lua Lua (and getting rid of some wages for Smith) will enable us to bring in some young, talented full back potential in Neil Taylor and Clyne it will still have been a pretty successful transfer window even without a marquee signing.
