Hope this bastardised and mutant version of the club I love, in the city I love suffers heavy, embarrassing, agonising losses in every game. Bruce, the fat, fake, lickspittle yes man deserves to suffer the pains of hell as do his mates in the media. Want to see them squirm trying to say how good he is, how much he is a fan, how proper English/British managers never get a chance against the backdrop of misery and awful performances. A club that no longer even attempts to compete, with an owner that actively discourages attempts at even trying in the cups it enters and wants nothing more than the minimum of survival in the 'top' league: utter disgrace. The fact that thousands still endure this willingly is baffling, disappointing and bizarre. There are a few players who seem nice and decent blokes, but even then, some of them need to start growing pairs and speaking up more. The vague, hushed 'would be nice to see more ambition' shite needs to be dialled up. As does the condemnation from 'legends' like Shearer et al. 11.....Burn the fucking place down and we start again once we have our club back at some point in however many years time.

Good luck to the lad. Deserves to be at a club that actually attempts to compete, with a manager that actually understands tactics and football. Good player and indicative of where this club is with a) the current owner and b) the current 'manager', as we all know...well most of us.

Personally think its prevalent at all levels, just more visible and sizeable at international level (and England aren't alone in that imo). The whole nationalistic element maybe adds something to it. Throw in flag wavers and those desperate to be still fighting battles long since fought and it just makes it more focused maybe. Have seen nasty stuff at grass roots, junior and club level all over the place. Agree that our place was getting way better than it was (late 70s/80s was toxic and organized), not been in years though (cheers fat Mike). sad state of affairs' but there are still many who hate anything that isn't their norm or things that are different...fueled well by sections of the press and media (well done Mr. Murdoch you cnut)

Very nervous and all the more so now I realise this is on ITV and not the BBC! Ludicrously superstitious I know but can't help it. Hate England being on ITV exclusively for huge games like this. Don’t mind a good solid challenge or hard tackle (ooh err) but the niggly nasty stuff off the ball and sly stuff gets up my bugle. and Alioski seems a master at it. Have a connection to young lad at Leeds who has said to family recently that he is a ‘character’ and a bit of a ‘nutter’ …underestimating by some distance I suspect.

Normally root for the underdog but sorry this bunch seem a right bunch of dicks. Well over aggressive being led in particular by Alioski who seems an utterly vile creature

That's a very fair and good point about runners and players coming deep. For me Kane needs to be told to do his work across the width of the 18 yard box...the opponents not ours. Been coming far too deep of late and quite simply he doesn't need too with what we have available to support him.
