  1. Did one of those predictor things and we finished 18th with 30pts. Fulham eased to safety and Burnley pip 'us' by a point to finish 17th. Struggling to see this turning around unless ASM plays individually brilliant and scores some worldies. Down with Sheff Utd and West Brom, and we won't be bouncing straight back up either.
  2. Will cut 'us' to shreds in wide areas and through the middle. 1-3 or 1-4
  3. Brewcie will be up for this. The club he supports v the club he 'manages'. Huge defeat on cards. That Bruno bloke (apparently he's quite good) will tear 'us' a new one. 4/5/6 take your pick. Fulham up our jacksie in no time.
  4. Certainly more likely than a few weeks ago. I was confident even the useless sack of shite we have managing NUFC/SportsDirect UTD could muster enough to keep this squad up. Especially given the start Sheff Utd, West Brom, Fulham had...Goes to show the ineptness of this useless twat that it is now almost 50/50 or close to it. Add the loss of Wilson and possibly Miggy for a while and the doo doo is getting deeper.
  5. This^ They purposely say things to get a reaction. Whether that be by ringing in, texting in, emailing or on social media. Without a reaction, they cease to exist. Now there is something to dream about. Utter shitstain on humanity that station. I was suckered in years ago but saw the light thankfully. Full of awful, disingenuous muppets 'Durham', 'Brazil' (assume the alcoholic fat tosser is still alive), 'Parry'...morons of the highest calibre
  6. Why? He's really a rather good coach and manager. On a hiding to nothing this season. Pointless replacing a talent with a 'proven' PFM..what would you get out of an Allardyce/Hughes/Bruce?? Long term thinking stays stick with him and there will be more good times than bad, more 'success' than failure. Sensible ownership. Something we can only dream of.
  7. Didn't think it likely at all given some of the poor sides in the league, but Mr Bruce is having a mare and real danger of them going down now. Certainly more likely than not given momentum, the state of the club, the players not playing for the 'manager', the 'manager' and his ability level. Piss poor show from a club that should be high mid table comfortably with the squad at his disposal.
  8. Sheff Utd would be mad to sack Wilder.
  9. Holy shite. PL wages for 4 years for a player that is league one standard ('champo' at best). Criminal.
  10. Page 1 third from bottom definitely will be in the running. I think we can discount most of the others
  11. :lol:I'm sure some of those names are desperate to work under MA Whats Tim Sherwood up to these days? Could imagine that shit stain being right in the mix if/when Brewcie gets the heave ho/decides he doesn't want the grief. Gonna be out the frying pan and straight into the fire undoubtedly. Great days. Which other desperate gits are out there lurking? Pulis as mentioned (surely not) That lad from Lincoln is out of a job isn't he?
  12. He was a pro in his early twenties but was let go by Spurs and has decided to try one last time to have a career in footy. Fair play to the lad tbh. Realised he mucked up as youngster. Could do some good talking to young lads in the game and reminding them of how privileged they are to have a chance to make it.
  13. One assumes Lingard? Though not how I would describe him, 'box to box'. I think of a Lampard, Colin Bell type player being 'box to box'. Lingard always struck me as a bit wider and more upfield. May be recollecting wrongly. Either way he walks into our 1st team, though why the fuck he would want to is beyond me.
  14. 10m Seriously do well to get someone to take him on loan and pay half his wages, when he does leave it will be on a free at the end of his contract or for peanuts Well, a bag of peanuts would at least be useful. Bruce got a peanut allergy?
  15. Quite a list to choose from. The usual ill informed cretins, the 'shock jock' style shite spouted by those seeking clicks and hits, the usual 'old pals' acts: the state of punditry in football is shockingly bad compared to other sports. Dublin does my head in. Thick as pig shit. Murphy just blurts out any old crap.
  16. Some nice touches. Looked confident on the ball. Not sure what his best position is? Sadly under this manager, at this club, his future development is down to him and him alone.
