The Newcastle United football club I fell in love with as a child no longer exists. The husk of it is roaming around in a wilderness, almost in a fog like haze, but the club, fans and overall 'being' of the club is dead. Yesterday rammed home one thing. We have spectators who attend an event for 2 and a bit hours. The culmination iof the 'Sky era', the epitomy of the Premier league. Souless, clueless and devoid of any passion, self dignity or most importantly HOPE or DREAMS. Large, very large, sections of our specatators are disenaged as to the reality of what is happening to our club and to what it actually means to support a team, a club and feel an affinity with that club. They are paying viewers. Nothing more. No passion, no love, no daring to dream for this zombie like consumer group. I feel nothing but utter contempt for the husk of what remains as 'NUFC'. From it's boorish and ignorant owner, to the reprehensible sponsor of our clubs shirt that many of the dullard sheep are happy to parade around in. From the tawdry, tacky advertising spewed like vomit all over our stadium, to the puppet, stooge, fraud of a 'manager' allegedly in charge of footballing tactics and team management. All of it. It is rotten. NUFC as I knew it and have loved it for half a century is dead. Part of the ongoing death of the game of football in this multi billionaire owner, capitalist driven 'business' that has replaced the sport that fed the aspirations, passion and dreams of generations. This is the lowest point in our clubs history and sections of those claiming to 'support' it are celebrating. Submission and capitulation by complicit sheep. How can we revive it, how can the guardians of hope wrestle it back from such a pernicious and all encompassing malaise?

With this f***ing idiot we should be a shoe in, and it's what 'we' deserve, Other clubs at least have some semblance of a manager to help them out as Trutoon says. Oh and the players can fuck off as well. Listened to Darren Peacock this morning and he was making a point about the uttter arrogance of them after games he had been to, games we had lost heavily. He was saying how they gave a 'couldn't care less' attitude and acting all big time charlie due to playing in the 'best league in the world'. Mediocre fuckers most of them anyway.

But amongst those with sense and with the clubs interest at heart (not this regime, not this manager or even this group of players interests) but for NUFC and all it represents in history and to the city and region: It has to be recognised the only way to rid us of this crap manager, and rotten owner is to walk away. Walk away and explain loudly, clearly and repeatedly why until change is made. Gates of mid 20-30k will soon dwindle a bit more once the results,a s they will, keep being crap. It hurts, not being there can't lie. But it is the right thing to do and the only power we have is to hit them in what they care about, their wallets and bank balances. The alternative is to accept it, surrender and meekly submit. that is the real betrayal of the club, of NUFC imo.

It's the only way. MASS boycott or else nowt at al will chabge. You have seen the morons, the 'soopas' lapping up a draw at home with those giants Hull. Pardew is the self proclaimed king.....mediocrity is the real king, and sections of us are lapping it up like bitches.
