They might but it's a hell of a risk, not too sure how he would cope in a huge game, he's made mistakes in league games but he's never played a full international friendly let alone a qualifier. He's never played in a European game nor a proper cup final. Just think if they're going to throw 30m at a keeper they'll go for the finished article who has done all of those things. Pretty much this. I've got no idea of the amount he has to spend but if Ashley has promised him the lot (huge if obviously) and Rafa is happy to commit his future as a result of the conversation then that's good enough for me. Whether he carries through with his promise is something we'll have to wait on, he's got form as we know, but it sounds remarkably positive.

Brighton away for me. Most difficult fixture of the season, went a goal down, dug in and came back into it, got on top and won it in dramatic fashion. Not the most eye catching or dominant but the best 3 points of the season given the size of the task imo. Huge result.
