If anyone doesn't vote for Ronaldo, they need their head examining tbh.
-
Forgotten what it's like seeing us play with a 2 goal cushion tbh. :-[ Think we'll win it comfortably too and looking forward to the match for the first time in ages.

How much would he go for though? 70m? If they have to ask - they can't afford him.
-
Nice to see someone else getting a fucking pasting by them for a change tbh.

As much as it would please me to see the mackems drop into the bottom 3 tonight, there is no way Man U will drop points tonight. Hoping they knock about 6 past them to dent their goal difference too, just in case it comes down to the crunch.

Agree with all of that. Far too many little niggly injuries which seem to take an age to clear up only for them to twist/strain/pull a different part of their leg shortly after. Must be very frustrating for a manager.

Yep. His defending.

Due back early April according to physioroom.

Is that actually true? Sounds like a scene from Shameless. Main headline in The Mirror today. "DRINK DRIVING IN HIS UNDERWEAR: Norwich star arrested at training..on day off". Oh dear!

Got a horrible feeling things may well go 'Howard Kendall'...

How do you know how 'decent' the opposition is if you don't use their previous results?

Birmingham away are pretty tough nuts, especially since McLeish took over. Fulham, Sunderland and Reading at home definitely looke the easier fixtures before last night. Mr Hindsight has entered the building I think. Did they look like 'pretty tough nuts' to you last night? they have not lost there since november or so i heard yesterday so yes. That doesn't make sense. I'm talking about how they looked last night. You can't just cherry-pick a dodgy 45 minute period to say they're shite man! Maybe we made them look shite? Is that what you really think? That the quality of our play made them look shite? In the second half, yeah. We kept the ball reasonably well and fashioned a few chances. We had them on the back foot for long periods of time and could easily have won it. No other team has won there for 4 months. We came very close to doing so. Can't really see what you're getting at by slagging off the result. Unless you're on the wind-up like.

They're not below us because they're a good side, Wullie..... Last night we came from behind to get something out of a game for the first time in ages. And away from home too against a decent side on their own patch. Why can't people give them just a little bit of credit when it's merited?

We lost to Blackburn so got no confidence from the game, we'll win on Saturday because Fulham are worse than we are, we're playing at home and we've got the confidence of our 2nd half and the point we picked up. We'll score first and dominate the game. Very confident and looking forward to the game already.

With Milner out and Damien Duff being exposed as an impostor in Premier League football, we didn't have the players necessary to play the 4-4-2 effectively tonight though. This is Allardyce's squad at the end of the day, and Keegan has to put out the best team he can now if we're going to avoid relegation. Sure the system wasn't perfect tonight but it was an eternity better than the psychopathically defensive, negative teams we've been sending out in away games this season under Allardyce. We were actually set up to have a bit of a go and while it wasn't ideally balanced, we did OK at a very difficult place to go. When Keegan can build his own team, you'll see a lot more width. That you can be assured of. will it matter when we're playing stoke? All depends if they get promoted tbh...

We'll win. Long overdue a win and the lads will take heart from that tonight. Fancy us to score a few in the process too tbh.

A fair result all things considered. We'll beat Fulham on Saturday. Must start with Martins, Viduka and Owen for the majority of games left this season if possible. It puts teams on the back foot. Martins did well, as did Beye.

Still think we can get something out of this, despite how poorly we've played so far.

We'll unlock it when it kicks off.
