nufc...rozenhal, came from a team with a non too good defensive record but defends like woodgate, reads the game rather needing spectacular last secand tackles, always gets a sure contact to the ball. cacapa...normally where we are concerned "experienced" means "slow" but the way he's defended so far you do see that "experience" as a positive.

tart the outside of the ground up with flags, banners etc instead of the grey walls and stands already there (will look very imposing to away fans arriving by train) get fans involved......even things like online voting for new strip design or player of the month etc (season ticket holders, junior magpies get votes). get the club involved in the community, send the players to schools to talk to kids,MAKE THE PLAYERS AWARE THEY CAN HAVE AN AFFECT ON THE COMMUNITY THAT IS STUMPING UP A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THEIR WAGES. (i make no apologies for the caps in that last sentence)

i'd rather play smith up front then ameobi, works hard in a bellamy harrying type way, his best position is probably attacking midfield with creative plauers wide of him allowing him to come in behind late off the forwards and would do the midfield work aswell.

paddypower are apparently paying out on them being relegated already.

butt was making the forward runs (like when he first came here) geremi and smith were poor, how many balls did geremi play to n,zogbia ? We always seemed to hesitate when playing it to Zoggy. always waiting until the initiative was gone. Butt made those forward runs because presumably he was instructed to take on that role. He was actually less of a hindrance to us doing that, because he was losing possession with annoying regularity. Agree with PM below. Milner didn't have the beating of Melchiot, so why flog a dead horse? Was it a coincidence we got our goal from the right-hand side? What if Milner had been producing the same crosses as Oba's for more of the game? milner had the beating of melchiot but kept having to come back on to his right, yes it was probably no coincidence the goal came fro the right, think of milner being given that time and space for 45mins ? maybe we wouldn't have had to wait so long for the goal.

aye i'm hoping we are just settling, lots of new players and all that

was bad finishing that almost cost us, nothing to do with Big Sams tactics bad finishing yes,to a point, we didn't create much, lots of hitting the penalty spot and hoping and feeding off poor defending.
-
allardyce very nearly cost us 2 points there. alan smith normally plays through the middle, geremi has normally played wide either as a midfielder or full back, neither one is very creative however smith is more likely to follow in on secand balls. then when they go down to 10 men he insisits on keeping milner and n'zogbia on the same side instead of splitting them, maybe even going to 3 at the back, and having attacking impetus down both sides. we look very solid at the back mind!
-
or it's on our side that the paperwork needs signed and those that need to sign it are at present locked in a room persuading messi, kaka and ronaldinho to come here
-
It's an easy rumour to make up with an announcement yet to be made. With Allardyce having signed him for Bolton you'd think he'd know whether he needs a work permit or not. Don't forget Yakubu's transfer to Everton was held up because of a work permit problem. I think I read that a foreign player needs a new work permit if they change clubs. no,but it can delay them playing.clubs have to hold a players registration befopre they can get a work permit.

Ex collegue of mine works in accounts at the club. Anything on Faye? aint said anything, just that we've sent our final confirmation fax to Marseille and the FA Still find it funny that a fax machine is still used for these things Still use them in hospital too where I work. f****** mental tbh. use them at my place of work for swapping shifts etc. would be fun if the official fax to the FA consisted "beye is now an nufc player, cheers"

"could" is not good enough

so has this been officially longer running than the emre transfer on/offism ?
-
you also have to remember the games in which he's played so far, 2 away games (one in which we are 3 up after 30mins) in which the midfiled 3 has to take on a more organised defensivly role and one home game in which it could be said the whole team never fired.
-
probably not, most bookies go for score after 90mins.
