  1. Pons Alias. All theyd say is that he passed the tests in place at the time.
  2. Anyway forget it. I don't want to get into these type of things till we are actually in a position to do it
  3. Wouldn't it depend on what his wages would be. Well he's got another 2 years at Madrid and he's already said he's quite happy seeing it out, not playing (or something along those lines) so we'd need Madrid to part pay his wages if we want it reduced. I can't see them doing that. Then there would be a fee with him, £50m or something? Jesus. Its a financial disaster, especially if we're sticking to FFP, if we are that basically takes us over in one go. Read the edit I put in my original post. I wouldnt take him on current wages, as much for FFP as plain value, but I've seen enough leadership from him to make him a decent choice for the mature role we'd need if we want to buy good young talent. Which Id guess would be the way to go as with FFP you have to get decent resale to catch up on the Man Citys etc.
  4. Wouldn't it depend on what his wages would be and I've been impressed with the way he led Wales. He could well have a different mindset being the older leader starting a project at the mature end of his career.
  5. I think if everyone knew that for a fact, then it would be cool. The likes of George and those close to the process are predicting it is going to be long. Caulkin said it would be up to 4 weeks a month ago So he’s changed his tune Did he ? I'm not on Twitter so don't get all the tweets but hasn't he constantly said the guideline is between 2 to 4 weeks (and we know things aren't normal at the minute) and it will take as long as it akes either way ?
  6. Of course the buyers will know stuff as they will be having to provide info, answers and documentation. Its at the owners and directors test stage and as yet there's little to ref flag it.Quite literally at the minute, beyond saying its done, no news is good news. Right, but think of it like applying for a VISA. You know the progress of the big steps, but not , let's say, when they're checking your criminal record. The last big jump was submitting documents. The only thing they could inform you on is if they've been asked for more or less. Not how it's actually going. Poor example as they cant check your criminal record but anyhow.....while we haven't had it knocked back its still on. If other documents against have been submitted, as rumoured, then they have to be looked at, examined and if necessary the buyers will have to answer.

  8. They may have but its nothing new. The question over beautq and bein was going to arise and they'll have to have more proof than when the French courts knocked it back. Will they need more proof though? They aren't a court but if they do operate on a burden of proof scale (no idea if they do) I daresay it would be more in line with the civil side which is on the balance of probability. If they do refuse, would any appeal end up at CAS? If another body did force them to approve the ownership, at least the Premier League could just go "hey, we tried everyone" and then change the tests if they wanted. Of course that could all be bollocks. I don't have a clue but it's fun making up scenarios But with it being purchase of a business it also has to act within business law I'd guess which could open them up to a huge , costly court case if its not watertight.

  10. And its a strange rule being that it seems to stipulate that they can't produce false, misleading or misrepresentative info would that really need to be a rule ?
  11. Offer still very much open lads. Why not do as HTT done and , if you're so confident wager it to a foodbank and also make it clear its not just a name holding thing as such that NUFC as we know it , ie the football club will be owned by MASH as opposed to a company title .
  12. It is.......and it isn't. Its with the PL but there's a month worth of checks been done . Only thing is would they tell the Sellers/Buyers straight away if they couldn't allow it to go ahead or do they complete everything then tell them.
  13. Gao had also been involved in 2 corruption cases prior to his takeover Please please please, if this deal fucks up change your username to "Same old shit"
  14. the pirate channel has been dark since august of 2019 Oooh I'd watch the Pirate channel. My swash would be buckled.
  15. Id still go for something like this.
  16. Not much to it. Still focuses round the piracy and cases enacted July last year, strangely no mention of the French courts throwing similar out. The bit about Skillets after was only OK and didn't stress their need for care and regular seasoning but some ridiculous prices.
  17. "Self criticism and constant willingness to learn" Chairman Mao head coach.
  18. "Play along in any situation close and far from the ball" I'm picturing a piano.
  19. "Ability to identify many elements of surprise in the game" Like the clown with the cleaver isn't really the winger.
  20. In more hypocrisy, we were fine with bin laden and the likes when he was kicking the soviets arses with the Mujadeen in Afghanistan. ‘Crack on Ossy bonny lad. Up the gooners’ Kaizero[/member] worked with Bin Laden. True story. and Kaizero reckoned earlier we had nothing to worry about due to a contact he had. The plot thickens. Never did trust the Yanks that theyd actually got rid of Bin Laden. Can I just shock you? He's been actively posting in the 'What Are You Eating?' thread under a pseudonym. Bin Laden ?
