  1. To be honest even if it's not widely supported I'm relatively happy to have a reason to have an extra pint before West Ham and to sack off Wolves and watch it in the pub, I'm not sure if that's down to my passion in supporting the goals of TMG, my general current apathy towards the match part of match day or my crippling alcoholism.
  2. Does Dan Walker do regular pun XIs?
  3. Pitchside photographers making bank on his anguished face pressed against the net, looking forward to those coming back from ProntaPrint.

  5. Chesterfield on both their best and worst run in history after loads of draws. It means they've not won in 18 league games, their worst winless streak ever. But they're also unbeaten in 11, which is their best unbeaten streak ever.

Max Power! He's the man, the man with the violent touch.
  7. No surprise it looks like a fucking Counter Strike weapon skin.
  8. Surely TMG can take some kind of legal action against an allegation such as that?

  10. Someone asked that on Reddit Expert here. Your 100% correct. When a gas turbine engine shuts down there is a brief moment where fuel can still enter the combustion chamber. Because the fuel is no longer being burned it sinks to the bottom of the engine. When the engine is restarted it's then blown through to the exhaust and burned off once the engine ignites. My experience is mostly with Sea Kings where exhaust fires were pretty common though rarely serious. Just cancel the start and try again.
  11. Seems like the tail rotor stopped. Don't know if that's from a mechanical failure, hitting something or whatever. But apparently without the tail rotor going, the momentum of the main blades will cause the whole thing to spin out of control.
  12. Newly released video of it taking off and losing control should at least quash any rumours of it exploding in midair. Seems to start turning and then just go into a spin.

Sunderland's new owners are considering changing the club's badge.
  14. Picking a TV match was a good idea, both for the exposure and the fact people can have their "day out with the lads" in a pub with Sky. Hopefully it pisses it down as well.
  15. Leicester owner's helicopter has crashed. BT Sport Premier League Tonight chatting in the studio at the King Power, filming it taking off, joking about it. Came back from the break and they're all looking ashen, saying it's crashed in the car park. Cut the show short cos there's a fire and they're being evacuated. Same day as Glenn Hoddle collapsing in the BT studio.
  16. Wearing a horrible brown tie instead of his usual black and white number, buying Coventry perhaps?
