I'm sure, like many, my levels of joy/disappointment in the (almost certain) new owners are directly tied to the manner in which they attempt to build the club and achieve success. If the statements so far about really investing from the ground up are true then that's an amazing win in my book. If they look to buy the league in 2 years with overpaid mercenaries it will be incredibly bittersweet.

Again I don't think he's in anywhere near the amount of peril he should be but I don't know what makes people think he's bulletproof. Our bar of acceptable stewardship is obviously higher than Ashley's but to suggest he'd be happy having to invest again to get us out of the championship is a little much.
