Umm....not it's not. Its only few degrees warmer than London most of the time. http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/6517/temps.png And actually colder in the winters. Still nicer for a large chunk of the year though. Still I'd say anything more than a 3 degree difference is a big shift in feeling. How bored am I?
  2. Spurs all over them now though.

    Mirandinha

    That is fucking fantastic.
  4. If (haha) we show up and play them like we did Man U we'll be sitting on a positive goal difference by the end of the 90.
  5. 7 points from the last 33 would make you f***ing daft also... Look at the other results/scores current.... to think we are safe. Are we f*** The point is that people, including you are saying were fucked after playing Man United. What did you expect? Were far less fucked from that match than we could have been. Exactly what I was getting at. It's not this game that's fucked us, regardless of "how close" it may or may not have been, it's the spurned chances earlier in the season. No one expected any points from this game, and we got none, but all of the sudden now that's the worst possible result?
  6. haha yeah. It was the loss to manchester fucking united, the loss no one predicted, that's going to seal it for us. why pick this, shitty and ugly a loss as it may have been, to use as the bellweather?
  7. Interesting...very interesting. Isnt Viduka absent from the bench? That's why it would be so interesting
  8. Really looked like Taylor was just trying to get around the poof and his neck lashed out at stevens arm. Yellow was harsh imo.
  9. That's more or less what he paid for the club, plus what he's sunk in since in the form of interest-free loans. Loans, fair enough. But I bought lunch for a fiver today, I wouldn't claim the pie and chips now owe me that much. No because the pie and chips assumed the debt (hunger) your stomach was carrying, so the net of ... you know what, that analogy is shocking and there's no saving it.
  10. "You didn't say what I want to hear so I don't believe you!"
  11. Would all be forgiven if Smith gets sent off for snapping ronaldos leg in twain? I say yes.
  12. That's assuming a lot about a potential buyer to think they give two flying fucks about the current crop in the academy. It might be a passing afterthought for them. I would imagine first and foremost and encompassing the vast, vast majority of their concern, is finances. And not the fanciful 5 year projections on squad needs based on current academy talent type of finances, but the concrete debt, turnover and revenue types. Quite honestly team needs shift so much and the %age of youngsters actually coming through academies is so small it's not worth spending much time on. edit: sorry that came off harshish. The non-twat version is : I don't think a nice crop of youngsters is even a minor selling feature of this club to a potential buyer.

    Souness

No and that suggestion is ghastly.
  14. Now watch Tottenham win the league-cup. Is it really so bad that I'd rather see that happen than manchester cunting united win their trillionth trophy? edit: a fiery meteor taking out all and sundry on the pitch of course being the most desirable result, but baring that ...
  15. I'll be happy with 0 -12, I'll settle for 0 - 15.
  16. I have in my hand a piece of paper that says Germany will not invade Poland,...said the optimistic Neville Chamberlain..Events will conspire to keep us up. I can reveal no more than that without having to kill everyone who reads this post.
