It will take a surprisingly long time for an athlete's body to fully recover from it. In the age of advanced sports science and social media it's just something you don't do anymore as a professional athlete. Very much a match where eye test>xG or stats as they had no idea how to break us down. 0.59 for that header seems way too high in any case.
